Comfort
Comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. We all need to be encouraged and comforted from time to time. (2 Thess 2:17)
Assist
Assist you. When our current circumstances, or our emotional state is not healthy, it needs to change. We all need assistance through that process of change.
Re-align
Re-alignment. “When we want something that we haven’t got, we need to do things we haven’t done.” (Mike Murdoch) It is sometimes necessary to ensure that our thoughts and actions are aligned with our standard (in most cases the Word of God) and we need strong encouragement to make those changes.
Equip
Equipping. Besides pointing you to the Bible, and encouraging a deeper spiritual life, you will be equipped with scientifically proven skills that, once you’ve learnt to apply them, will serve you through most experiences for the rest of your life.

The world of emotional and mental health assistance is filled with "unique", and often misunderstood acronyms. Each Method claims its perfect solution and, provided the disclaimer of "if the client follows the suggestions and does his/her homework". Our so-called method is about 2,000 years old, and is by no means unique.
The C.A.R.E. Method is based on the meaning of the Greek word παρακλησις [paraklaysis] usually refers to the work of the Holy Spirit as Comforter, Counsellor (Teacher), Divine Guide, and Convictor. At weTRANSFORM, it is not a just method. It is the passionate application of time-proven principles.
